Lasagna del Duca with Sliced Apple Mostarda

Ingredients

(for 2 servings) 8 savoury short pastry rectangles (approx. 8 x 12 cm each) (or 8 slices unleavened bread); 250 g Brie; Lazzaris Sliced Apple Mostarda, cut into small pieces

Preparation

Bake the short pastry rectangles. Arrange them in a dish, alternating layers of pastry, slices of Brie and small pieces of Apple Mostarda. Bake for 3 minutes at 180°, remove, transfer to a serving dish, garnish as desired and serve immediately.
How to prepare the short pastry or “mezzasfoglia” (savoury puff pastry)
Mix 70 g plain wheat flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl, add 40 g softened butter, 2 spoonfuls water (1/2dl) and knead into a smooth dough.
