Ingredients

Ingredients (for 4): 4 colt fillets; Lazzaris Black Cherry Sauce; Green asparagus; Salt, pepper and butter

Preparation

Heat a knob of butter and a spoonful of extra-virgin olive oil in a pan over the flame. Briefly brown the colt fillet on both sides, brushing with Lazzaris Black Cherry Sauce; season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, garnishing with green asparagus tips, previously blanched and tossed with butter, accompanying the dish with a good spoonful of Lazzaris Black Cherry Sauce.
