Chicken suprême with Wild Berry Sauce

Ingredients

(for 4 servings); 1 whole chicken breast; Lazzaris Wild Berry Sauce to taste; 1 glass dry white wine; stock; green asparagus tips; salt, pepper and butter to taste

Preparation

Heat one spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and a knob of butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken breast until golden brown. Lower the heat, add the dry white wine and reduce. Leave the chicken on the heat until well cooked, adding some spoonfuls of stock if necessary. Salt while cooking. In another pan sauté some green asparagus tips in the butter and cut them into strips. Cut the chicken breast crosswise and alternate with the asparagus slices. Serve with pure Lazzaris Wild Berry Sauce
