Canapés with Vegetable Mostarda

Ingredients

(for 6 persons); 400g Lazzaris Vegetable Mostarda; 400g mascarpone; freshly baked bread or sandwich loaf as desired

Preparation

Cut the Vegetable Mostarda into small pieces. Put the mascarpone into a 40 cm diameter bowl and add the Vegetable Mostarda, mix well and put in the fridge for 2 hours. Put on the table to accompany fresh bread or alternatively spread the mixture onto slices of sandwich loaf and serve.
