Red cornucopias with Vegetable Mostarda

Ingredients

(4 servings - 8 cornucopias); 8 thick slices bresaola (dried salt beef), Lazzaris Vegetable Mostarda to taste; 8 spoonfuls ricotta cheese (250 g)

Preparation

Mix the ricotta cheese well with the mostarda cut into small pieces. Take the slices of bresaola and roll them into a cone shape, fill them with the mixture and garnish with thin slices of mostarda. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with oil and lemon and serve.
