Sword fish with aubergines and Fruit Mostarda

Ingredients

(4 servings); 1 large aubergine; 12 slices smoked sword fish; Lazzaris fruit mostarda; oil, salt, freshly ground pepper to season.

Preparation

Slice the aubergine, season with salt and grill. Shape the slices of sword fish into cones and fill them with fruit mostarda cut into pieces. Arrange 3 slices of grilled aubergine on a plate and lay the cones on top. Finish with a thread of extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve.
