duck liver; Verduzzo sweet; flour; LAZZARIS citrus Mostarda
In a pan melt the butter and lightly brown the liver.
Soak with the sweet Verduzzo and leave to simmer.
Add the LAZZARIS citrus mostarda and a little flour to thicken the sauce, and cook it till it’s ready.
