For 2 people
2 fillet steaks; 2 spoonfuls of Lazzaris Chestnut Mostarda; dry white wine; salt, oil, butter to taste
Fry the beef fillets in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the meat, remove the cooking oil from the pan and then put 2 knobs of butter and 2 heaped spoonfuls of Chestnut Mostarda in the same pan.
Simmer over a low flame, pour in the white wine and reduce to a thick, smooth sauce.
Cut the fillets into thin strips, arrange them on a dish, pour the sauce over them and garnish with pieces of chestnut.
