Season a good piece of pork fillet with extra virgin olive oil.
Sprinkle on a nice quantity of rosemary, sage, thyme, salt and pepper.
Brown, only until that you if stick the meat with a toothpick there are no running juices.
Check to what grade the meat is cooked “medium” but not over cooked otherwise you risk the that it will dry out.
Slice it and place and serve on the plates also together with the LAZZARIS Wild Berry Sauce.
