Candied pineapple 60% (pineapple, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), sugar, water, glucose syrup, mustard flavour, flavourings. May contain Sulphites.
Characteristics
An exotic, crisp, and sweet mostarda. An alcoholic after-taste similar to the flavour of the fruit at its most ripe.
Adds a touch of elegance to fatty meats, poultry, and salads.
