Candied figs, mustard flavouring, glucose syrup, sugar, water.


The warmth and sweetness of the fig, the summer fruit which glazes over in the late August sun, releasing its unmistakeable scent. The taste never fails to leave an intense and fragrant memory.

A sauce that goes well with game, both pork and wild boar prosciutto, spicy gorgonzola, roquefort and mature castelmagno.
