150g super-fine flour; 150g sugar; 150g butter; 3 eggs; 50g grappa; 1 pinch of salt; Vanilla; 1 ripe banana; 6g baking powder
For the filling
Lazzaris strawberry extra preserve; Icing sugar
Mix the sugar with the butter and banana, add the eggs a little at a time, and flour mixed with the sifted baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
With the help of a pastry filler, pour into special moulds until it fills around ¾ of the mould. Add a spoonful of Lazzaris strawberry extra preserve into the middle of each portion then place into the oven.
Cook at 170° for 20-25 minutes, let cool and then dust with the icing sugar.
