250gr of garganelli 150gr of sweet gorgonzola LAZZARIS fruit mostarda 2 red apples extra virgin olive oil
Cook the garganelli in a large amount of salted water for 7-8 minutes.
Drain and pass quickly under cold water to cool, Prepare the apples cut them into thin slices, the skins should be washed well. Cut the gorgonzola into small chunks and mix it all together in a large bowl. Add the LAZZARIS fruit mostara, surely cut into small pieces and dressed with extra virgin olive oil. Serve it together with the full jar of the LAZZARIS mostarda.
