16 slices of wholemeal bread; 350g brie cheese; 200g sliced chicken and spinach cutlets; 160g Lazzaris quince sauce; 40g extra virgin olive oil.
Cut the bread and lightly toast it in a hot oven, let it cool and then drizzle with the oil and fill with the chicken and spinach cutlets, brie, and Lazzaris quince sauce.
