A delight from its spicy notes, ready to add a touch of flavour to even the most delicate dishes. A strong sweet taste on the nose, which arrives with shades of sharpness.

Suitable for goat’s cheese, semi-mature pecorino, provolone and caciocavallo cheeses, roquefort and gorgonzola.  Perfect to give a bit of verve to white meats
