Sweet puff pastry Lazzaris fruit sauces in a variety of flavors Icing sugar Oil to taste
Cut out 10/12 rectangles from the pastry and put a teaspoon of fruit sauce in the middle of each piece. Roll up and pinch the sides to form the candies. Fry the sweets in abundant boiling oil and serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
Preparation of the “puff pastry”
In a bowl mix 70g of fine-ground flour with a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of icing sugar. Add 40g of softened butter, 2 tablsespoons of water (1/2dl) and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
